Smooth 3-4 pumps evenly over the face and gently massage before sun exposure. Reapply frequently. Allow to absorb fully. Stop use if irritation occurs.

Warning: using less product reduces the protection. Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. Keep babies and young child out of direct sunlight. Very high SPF does not provide full UV protection. For external use. Avoid contact with eyes.

WHAT IT IS

SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor. It measures how well a sunscreen helps protect the skin from UVB rays — the rays primarily responsible for sunburn and visible signs of sun damage. But SPF is not just about avoiding redness: daily protection helps defend skin’s appearance over time, supporting a smoother, more even, and healthy-looking complexion.

The Pure Hero Ultralight SPF 50+ serum provides very high broad-spectrum SPF 50+ through a photostable blend of carefully selected UV filters that help shield skin from UVA and UVB rays — formulated with an ultralight feel and an ocean-conscious approach in mind.

DID YOU KNOW

SPF 50 doesn’t block twice as much UVB as SPF 25. SPF 50 filters about 98% of UVB rays, while SPF 30 already filters around 87% — which means how much you apply (and reapply) matters almost as much as the number itself.

PEPTIDE COMPLEX & PINK MICROALGAE

A peptide complex is a blend of short chains of amino acids that act as signal molecules to support the skin’s natural processes. The Peptide Complex used in our Pure Hero formulas help improve the appearance of fine lines, smooth skin, and support a firmer-looking appearance. Different peptides have different functions, so combining them aims to deliver multiple skin benefits in one formula.

Pink microalgae, derived from Dunaliella salina, is a microscopic algae known for producing protective antioxidant compounds. In our formulas, it is used to help support the skin against environmental stress and oxidative damage as well as smooth the appearance of skin roughness. It helps reduce the formation of Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs), formed by solar radiation, especially UV radiation, a high sugar diet or smoking.
