The 30ml airless pumps will last between 2 and 3 months, depending how often and how much you use (if used once a day). Once they are opened, they should be kept at a stable room temperature, stored in a dark place such as a cabinet and should be used within 6 months.

Generally our products are safe to be used with other ingredients as no bad interactions have been identified. But should you feel irritations on your skin, please wash your face thoroughly with water and consult a dermatologist should the irritation persist.
We deliver to Switzerland, most European Union countries (Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Sweden) and the United Kingdom.

Delivery is free for orders over 100 CHF.
For orders below this amount, an additional delivery charge of 10 CHF applies.

Delivery costs are 20 GBP.

Standard delivery within Europe takes 5–12 working days from order preparation (excluding processing times). Your order may be subject to local import duties.

Ordering

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to selected countries shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimated in your order email, but unfortunately these may also be subject to unforeseen delays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.
If a delivery fails and the products cannot be posted through your mailbox, our delivery provider will leave you a note informing you of the attempted delivery and how to rearrange delivery. Should several delivery attempts fail, the product will be returned to us. Should you want to arrange a new delivery, please contact us at info@purehero.com and we will do so at your cost.

Returns & Right to Cancel
If you change your mind, you may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must:
- Have both seals of authenticity intact,
- be unused and substantially intact,
- be returned in their original packaging,
- comply with hygiene and product protection requirements.
Please note that certain opened or personalized items may not be eligible for return. Also, products in final sale may not be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@purehero.com with details and photos where possible. We will review and arrange an appropriate solution.
